Product Training
If you own a McLane profiler or sampler or are thinking of purchasing from our product line, hands-on training is available at the McLane facilities in East Falmouth, MA USA. Several hours of interactive instruction and discussion include operational bench testing and deployment programming. Whenever possible, we utilize our 15 meter test tank during the training.

Product Documentation
User Manuals contain technical details, photographs and instructions for operating your McLane product. These comprehensive step-by-step guides explain pre-and post-deployment procedures, deployment programming, product specifications, and battery endurance calculations.
Technical Updates advise you of new features, operational procedures, and other important instructions that were developed after the User Manual was released.
The McLane Library contains a complete listing of all Product Documentation in downloadable PDF format.
Software Utilities
Software downloads are available with the most current versions of utilities such as the Unpacker and Crosscut.
The Unpacker is a Windows application that unpacks profiler binary data files.
Crosscut is a file capture utility that logs profiler and sampler communications. McLane recommends using Crosscut to capture pre-deployment bench testing and deployment programming screens. Capture files are beneficial if troubleshooting is needed.
