Here at McLane we believe that the delivery of a standard or completely unique instrument to a customer is only the beginning of a long term relationship. Technical support and advice is provided one on one with our design engineers and is available via telephone, fax, or email, in your lab, or out at sea. We are available to provide operational advice, trouble-shooting assistance, and repair services. All of our instruments are backed by a 3-year warranty on parts and labor. We work constantly to improve and add to the features of the software controlling our instruments and we recognize the importance of feedback from our customers when it comes to producing the best, most reliable and flexible systems. We frequently develop new features to meet the needs of customers who have gained operational experience and familiarity with our instruments. The latest revision of the system program for each McLane instrument is always available on request and easily installed. |
